Shelly Patrick, CMP
Shelly is thorough, detail-driven, and a customer-focused meeting professional with twelve years of experience in every facet of event operations. A solid background in business planning to drive organizational results while complementing budget goals dedicated to financial accuracy. Time-sensitive planner with exceptional follow-through and (pls. add something about resources/vendor connections). “Go-to” planner with efficiency focus in incorporating new technologies and systems into event operations. Excellent relationship builder with top-tier listening skills in matching client goals with event outcomes. Shelly earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2007 and actively serves on the Board of Directors for The Boys and Girls Club of Durham and leads the management of their Annual Fundraising Gala. |

Cassandra Patrick
Cassandra has shown tremendous capabilities and understanding of conference and event management during her time with SEP Enterprise. Her French/English bilingualism makes her an important asset to the SEP Enterprise team. Cassandra has a certificate in Records Management as well as considerable experience in Project Management. This gives the SEP Enterprise team a leading edge resource when managing databases for attendees, suppliers, and sponsors. Cassandra has two years' experience with training programs as a coordinator with Gowlings Occupational Health and Safety department. Her extraordinary attention to detail makes her an excellent coordinator both in planning and onsite delivery. Cassandra has honed three critical event management skills: the ability to work well under pressure, the experience of a team member, an the eye for details.
